The initial phase includes a complimentary filter inspection, encompassing a four-step process to evaluate the filter's condition prior to cleaning. First, we conduct a cell wall and compaction test to determine the severity of soot accumulation. Second, we perform a light check to ensure there is no internal damage to the core.
Subsequently, we record the vacuum pressure to assess the degree of airflow suppression caused by soot. Finally, we weigh the filter to the gram to quantify the physical amount of soot and ash present. These measurements are documented to verify that significant improvements have been achieved after the cleaning process. If substantial improvements are not observed, we will recommend replacing the filter.

Pneumatic Clean
The second phase of the procedure involves pneumatic cleaning to remove surface particulates. This process targets light buildup near the top surface of the inlet. Buildup deeper towards the core will be addressed in the next step through the hydro clean procedure.

Hydro Clean
After pneumatic cleaning, the filter undergoes a proprietary liquid cleaning method to eliminate the stubborn buildup within the cell walls. This specially engineered process and equipment are designed to remove even the most persistent deposits. This procedure is essential to ensure that the filters are thoroughly cleaned.

Bake Regeneration
The final step in the initial cleaning process involves recreating a regeneration cycle in a controlled oven at a temperature of 1100 degrees for approximately 12 hours. This step effectively removes any remaining buildup that may not have been eliminated during the previous cleaning stages.

Gasket Surface Polish
At this stage, we refine the gasket sealing surfaces to prepare them for direct gasket installation by the mechanic.

Bung Restoration
Every Bung Thread is Tapped to Guarantee Smooth Sensor Integration. Our Bung Thread Taps undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure seamless sensor mounting.

Bung Repair
Instead of purchasing a new filter due to a damaged bung, consider saving thousands of dollars by repairing your existing one. Our procedure involves removing the old bung and welding an upgraded OEM specification bung in its place.
