Refunds & Returns Policy
All returns are shipped at the customers expense, using the shipping method of your choice. Protect your items during transit by adding insurance and marking as fragile.
- Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days your purchase item/s cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please allow several days for your refund to appear on your account. Generally this will take 7-10 Business days, if your refund doesn't appear after 10 Business days please contact us at 937.479.3166
- Clearance/Sale items may not be refunded.
- Clamps & Gaskets may not be returned or refunded.
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, dented, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to DPFTechnologiesLLC.com or seller error are not able to be refunded.
- Your return will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%
- If you need to cancel your order for any reason (aside from our own error), we may charge a 3% fee in order to offset the credit card processing fees that we incur.
- It is vital that customers carefully review product specifications and assess compatibility before purchasing. Our policy does not permit returns due to buyer's remorse if the product does not meet expectations. We advocate for thorough scrutiny of product details and encourage making informed decisions.
